Be very careful hiring this company as they are deceitful, as other reviews have stated. Viking referred them to me and I had them out for my 4.5 year old range, the bake setting was not working. The tech had no clue what was wrong so called Viking. He stood there on my home camera, with my assistant in the room and told us that it was the burning element. He then or it could be the main board. I told him he needed to figure out which it was as I was not going to pay for one part just to find out it was something else. ... read more
