This company does not consistently stand by the work they do. I would be very cautious before hiring them to do any service. They repaired my refridge and the part failed within 1 year. Although they came back to fix a second time, their repairs only lasted 9 months. They refused to come back and stand behind the return visit and repair. They wanted to charge for a full diagnostic and repair. Seems a little shady.
RecommendedThis company has the most incredible customer service. Not only did they come out immediately, give fabulous on-time service, they worked doggedly to determine the source of the leak of my washer and then made wonderful suggestions, etc...I cannot endorse this company highly enough. They care deeply about their service, they place the customer first and are wiling to do whatever it takes to give A+ service. I’m sincerely trying to figure out all these 5 Star Reviews. 3 appliances on the fritz Ice maker, freezer and faulty door on stove and tech left without fixing any of them after quoting me $450 to swap out two hinges on the stove. When I asked how much was Parts and how much was service he “couldn’t (wasn’t supposed to) tell me!” Ice maker was a $700 bill without even an idea if he could fix it. The technicians are professional and efficient.
The various staff I interacted with were friendly and responsive. The diagnostic and repair was quick and convenient. Mr.Appliance allowed us to extend the life of our oven at a fraction of the cost to purchase a new one.
If you need fast, accurate and professional service, don’t call anyone else.

Fast, Friendly and Reasonable!
Stewart was the best. unfortunately I had a machine problem that refused to be fixed. they came out 4 different times without charge trying to rectify the problem. They ended up giving me a refund in a very timely manner. I will not hesitate to call them again. RIP to this washer it will become a burn barrel after we blow it up on July 4th!
