The technician who came out to look at my dishwasher, looked at it for about 15 mins, before telling me that a switch had blown and we need to replace the overflow panel. After quoting me at $398 for the repair, I declined the service (I can buy a new one for that price). I looked at the part myself online and realized that the panel on my dishwasher was missing an electrical clip which had come disconnected, clipped it back in place, everything worked fine. The technician was knowledgeable, nice, caring & helpful. Plus, he "dealt" with 3 toddler little girls running around him & staring at him while he was working. He wasn't bothered by them at all & even willingly answered their questions, or asked them questions, too. It was great! Mr. Appliance has 100% earned our business for life!

The technician was prompt and efficient in solving the issue with our refrigerator. I took two tries by he nailed it on the second visit. First time he cleaned the system, but that was not the problem. He called the technical support and then got the parts to do the fix. Exactly the way it should be done.
I highly recommend Mr. Appliance! They were able to get a technician out the next day. My tech was very confident, punctual and knowledgable. He explained what he was doing while he was doing it & was efficient in his work. Jessica in dispatch had asked for the model of my appliance ahead of time, so they had the part available without having to create another appointment. I would use them again and recommend to my Real Estate clients.
