Mr. Appliance is great, showed up on time, did a thorough job with finding out what the issue was and I thought the prices were incredibly fair! Office help was so friendly and helpful too! Highly recommend them.

A year and a half ago we requested that our Thermador cooktop be rewired so as to be up to code. We were charged 800.00 dollars for the service. We were recently using the stove to prepare a meal and when we turned on one of the burners, a huge flame approx a foot high shot out of the burner. We turned it off and called for an electrician at Karls TV and appliance to come look at the stove. During his visit, he determined right away that the wrong type of wire had been used to rewire it. The repair man was nice and professional. But 90 dollars for them to tell me what's wrong with my appliance is ridiculous.
This week my wash machine quit working. When Mama's washer don't work, everybody better take cover! Lugging baskets of dirty laundry to town to the laundromat is just not a good use of any of the hours in my day. I just knew it was going to cost several hundred dollars at least to fix it and would have to wait on parts. Worst case we would have to get a new one $$$$.
