Used Mr. appliance for the first time recently. They are wonderful. Will use again in the future.
Purchased a warranty through Lowe's (Mr Appliance is their area provider) to have our washer serviced. Called Lowe's to set an appointment to have it serviced & was given a time by Lowe's. I've waited 4hrs (the time given by Lowe's) only to find out that Mr Appliance doesn't honor the Lowe's appointment time, they set their own times. So, a wasted 4hrs & another day before I might get serviced. Thanks for the call or heads up on how you don't honor Lowe's warranty appointments.
Third company to work on appliance...properly diagnosed and fixed the issue. The best in our area for Sub-zero & Wolf-I'm sure they can fix it!
