Mr. Appliance never disappoints!! We have used them four times now for our washer, dryer, subzero refrigerator and dishwasher. Every time they have arrived promptly and serviced our appliances in a timely manner at very reasonable rates. The technicians are knowledgeable and very professional, I always learn something from them regarding the maintenance of our appliances! Mr. Appliance has our highest recommendation, we would not consider using anyone else!
This company is a joke. Was told up front there was a 89$ service fee even if i didnt fix it with them. I agreed because every where i called had a fee of this type. Now I had already pulled my oven apart and was pretty sure what the problem was but I was nervous about trying to fix a gas appliance. The technician came out and agreed that it was the ignitor which I had thought. He typed the part in his ipad and came up with 120$ for the part. We have voided this transaction with the credit card company, therefore this customer will not have to pay for our visit. We do show the new manufacturers part for her machine is $120.00. The balance of the estimated charge include Missouri tax and and the time to put in the new part as well as to put the machine that was taken apart before we arrived back together. Trey was early, had the part to fix our refrigerator and was pleasant and knowledgeable. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and recommend their services.
We had a very good experience with Mr. Appliance technician. He arrived on time, professional and knowledgeable about our appliances. Fixed our dryer and refrigerator, they are both working like new! Am very pleased, will definitely use Mr. Appliance again!
