Consumer beware Our experience with Mr. Appliance was not good at all. It seems they want to sell you parts that are not needed. Wow, I have never heard of a company return money and then recommend us to go elsewhere. It almost seems like they condone their technicians to sell parts not needed to their customers that may not technical enough to understand what they are in need of. The original call was from the a woman in the office who told us the ice maker was not making any ice. Our tech replaced the ice maker as this appeared the most likely cause of the problem. The machine worked for over 30 days. The same person then called the office and said it was making ice, just not dispensing. The tech found the arm was jammed, removed the bucket and unjammed it at no cost. A week later, we received another call, again stating that it was still not dispensing ice.
