Had to have my dryer repaired they did a great job and VERY reasonable. I will definitely use them again!
I loved the day before reminder of my appointment with a photo of my service man. I love the text message alert prior to my appointment arrival so I wasn’t sitting at home waiting for someone all day! I appreciated that both serviceman were in uniform, looked professional and took the time to clean shoes and wore protective boot covers when entering my home. Service men assessed the problem quickly had repair parts in their vehicle and was able to repair item same day.
After running thru the troubleshooting guide and coming up with an unexplained error code, I did a Google search. Came up with the local repair technical service rep, and called. Ed Shively(owner) talked to me and helped prevent an unneeded costly repair. Although it was not a money making choice, it did however earn him a loyal customer (me) and a 5 star review for being a stand up guy. THANKYOU!
