The customer service is beyond fantastic! I received a quicker appointment than I ever thought possible. I was concerned that maybe the repair parts wouldn't be available to complete the repair and they would need to make a second repair trip but, they made sure any needed parts would be on their Tech's truck. My ancient refrigerator (17 years old!) was repaired relatively quickly and Craig was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I'm not sure about cost because my landlord paid for the repair, but I would definitely call them again.
Excellent communications, when they text when your tech will arrive it includes a photo for security purposes. Our repair came in at less than expected. Rich, the service rep, was very knowledgeable & explained things clearly. They are a very professional organization & will call themj again as the need arises.
