I was concerned that maybe the repair parts wouldn't be available to complete the repair and they would need to make a second repair trip but, they made sure any needed parts would be on their Tech's truck. RecommendedMy ancient refrigerator (17 years old!) was repaired relatively quickly and Craig was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I'm not sure about cost because my landlord paid for the repair, but I would definitely call them again.

Rich, the service rep, was very knowledgeable & explained things clearly. They are a very professional organization & will call themj again as the need arises.
