I was referred to Mr. Appliance by Simons Furniture in Franklin, that had only good things to say about them. When I called, the appointment was politely arranged over the phone and then it was automatically reconfirmed by text messages to my cell phone so that I knew exactly what time to expect the mechanic. John was very knowledgeable and helpful in fixing the problems with my appliances.I would definitely call Mr. Appliance again to fix household appliances.
Completely UNRELIABLE!! I had a confirmed appointment for yesterday, took the day off work to be here, and not only did no one show up but they didn't even extend the courtesy of a phone call to me to let me know. I had booked my appointment online since it's impossible to get through on the telephone. When no-one showed up by 4:00 pm, I attempted to reach them by phone. A scheduling postponement of 6 days Glen arrived within 2 hour appointment, friendly, knowledgable and pinpointed the problem on our upright freezer within minutes after accessing service area. Part has been ordered and Glen is on his way. Awaiting new part and return visit to install new part.. Thank you.
We had an issue in February of this year with our ice maker. They sent us a tech who actually Mickey moused it to work and low and behold it's broken again. They sent another tech out last week who told me that the 1st guy Mickey moused it and now had to order a part. I set up another service for today. They sent the email confirmation with the time frame of 230-430at 400pm yesterday. I didn't get it until 530 and called immediately but they were closed. The worst customer service experience ever. No response to phone calls. Never resolves service requests on time. No SLA for their service requests. Still waiting for the technician to show up for their missed appointment. Definitely will not recommend this company to anyone.
Horrible customer service!! It's been over a month and our refrigerator is still not fixed. We've left several messages for an update and sent an email only to never get a call back or a response. Called them four times in one day, sat on hold for ever and then automatically get disconnected. Run away!! This company sucks!!!!
Never use them. They are awful and do not care about you.
