I loved how easy it was to make an appointment online. The text before the tech arrived was also great! It let me know he was on his way, and included a photograph so I knew exactly whom to expect at my door. The tech was polite and knowledgeable, and didn't push me into making a repair, or try to sell me anything. He also wore booties on his feet so no dirt was tracked into my home, which I really appreciated! Thanks so much, Mr. Appliance!
Our dishwasher works right for the first time since we moved into our house, thanks to Mr. Appliance! Our technician was on time both days he came out to the house (one to diagnose the problem and the other to install the part). Pleased with our experience and will not hesitate to use again in the future!
Lincoln was very punctual, polite and knowledgeable. He knew right away what was wrong with my refrigerator and once diagnosed, he asked if there was anything else he could help me with. I had a lot of questions and he patiently answered each one. A few days later, my dryer motor went out and he advised my options clearly so l could make an informed decision. I would definitely recommend Mr. Appliance again.
