Not a good experience today. I was supposed to get a text when he was on his way - I have a newborn that I needed to get to sleep and dogs I needed to get outside. Instead he shows up early and rings the doorbell making my baby cry and my dogs go crazy. The technician came inside with no mask which is mandated in the state, and no introduction, so I have no idea the name of the technician. Lincoln new right away what was wrong with our fridge. It was the fan motor. thought he would have to order one, but found one in his van. took about 40 minutes from start to finish! THANK YOU!
