This is my second home. My family and I love to come here and just get our grind going. Coach Carlos is the coolest coach I ever had. He always pushes us to go hard in every workout. The community, the support, the strength. I’m here for it
I needed a drastic change, so I find this wonderful place. I attend to the 5am class everyday with my best friend who drives all the way from Homestead and I love it. After 11 years without being consistent with exercise, Carlos changed my approach to weight lifting and made me want to reconnect with the gym. He is the best coach I have met in Miami, he always makes sure you are doing your routine correctly. Here you do not get bored at all and if you follow the nutritional plan you will get fit.
