This is my second home. My family and I love to come here and just get our grind going. Coach Carlos is the coolest coach I ever had. He always pushes us to go hard in every workout. The community, the support, the strength. I’m here for it
I needed a drastic change, so I find this wonderful place. I attend to the 5am class everyday with my best friend who drives all the way from Homestead and I love it. After 11 years without being consistent with exercise, Carlos changed my approach to weight lifting and made me want to reconnect with the gym. He is the best coach I have met in Miami, he always makes sure you are doing your routine correctly. Here you do not get bored at all and if you follow the nutritional plan you will get fit.
I’ve been working out here for six months. I never worked out before. The support, encouragement and teaching I received have been invaluable. I really love this place.
This is THE crossfit gym to join! Conveniently located off of US1 and now with new and improve equipment. I have been doing crossfit or a form of it for at least 6 years now. But after 6 months at Maquina, I am beginning to see real results and lift heavier even after my injuries. Carlos, the owner, is dedicated to each member's fitness journey and improvement.
