While "knowledgeable" in the area of plumbing, owner was absolutely arrogant and demanding. Refused to answer my questions until I agreed to pay $225 for 5 minutes worth of work. He knew I was in a bind and bent me over. Im not trusting this company for anything else in the future. On top of that, absolutely unprofessional criticism of the previous plumbers work, which made a mistake that HE profited big time off of.
