they tend to lose their patience with customers super quickly even if you try to corporate with them. the first visits were fine but to be blunt, looks like this particular business doesn’t want clients but they would rather take advantage and money for things that don’t even make sense. there was prob only one worker I liked out of how many people worked there this whole time. just wanted a clear explanation of what was wrong with my car, then I would’ve continued labor, but I didn’t even know myself what I was paying for o... read more
Nothing like pulling up for a tire repair and for having a TPMS light on to get the truck back with the TPMS light still on and tires still low. After waiting 2 hours I just drove off they won't get my business again. Edit; District manager Collin Stine reached out and was very professional and polite. I appreciate him reaching out to correct and rectify the problem, with that being said I did not go back to the same location but do plan on going to another location in the future .
Very good customer service, very professional and friendly. I was kept in the repair loop the whole way.
