Wow! Repaired my flat for free! So glad the place I usually go to was too booked to take me in, this is my new spot!
These folks took great care of my vehicle! I had an urgent brake problem on a Sunday. They were one of the few shops open on Sunday, started the work, and had my vehicle available on Monday morning. The price was reasonable, and the brakes are working perfectly.
Excellent service and price! Was down there from out of state and drove my Mercedes down there and my AC went out in summer. I called the Mercedes dealership and they were going to charge me $450 just to diagnose...craxy! Big Brand was a fraction of the price and got me in the day I called and had it fixed the same day and still paid less overall than the dealership. They were nice, professional, fadt, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend them! Thanks to them for helping me and wish I had them where I live!
