I got there shortly after they opened shop Tuesday morning. They took me in right away. The service reps were friendly and professional. I was told my tire just needed a patch. They patched it for free but told me to keep an eye on it. It was good and honest service. I will definitely go back to them for future tire needs.
Went in to schedule a vehicle inspection and the guy at the front started quizzing me on my purchase, asking HOW I would be able to afford repairs on a used car, and generally being condescending and rude (“not a good idea to buy a car without bringing it to us first,”, etc). Not his place to ask any of that, especially as I was a returning customer. Thought he might be trying to pitch a credit card but there was no mention of that. just needed a tire patched up and they did it for free! the gentleman at the front was also super friendly and pleasant to talk to I'll definitely be coming back for future service
