Eric @ Big Brand Tires on Broadway in Tucson did a great job working with my 20yr old college son with his tire. He showed him how to put his donut on (which he actually already was taught, but was stressed to do himself). My son explained he still had a warranty with a different tire company on that tire. Eric told him to keep moving to where he bought tire a month earlier. Eric didn't make a sale today, but he absolutely gained a future customer because we will be frequenting his shop!
