I had a very disappointing experience at the Broadway Tucson location. In March 2026, I received a written estimate for replacing my front struts, CV axle, and related work for $1,631.15. When I returned three months later, the advisor quoted me over $1,900 for the struts alone. After I authorized the work, I was told the CV axle would bring the total to more than $2,900.
