Showed up as the ONLY car in the shop on a weekday morning (with appointment made at 9:00 when they opened I’m the one and only customer here and the only vehicle). They quoted a normal install for my large truck tires, then proceeded to drag it out to 2.5+ hours with zero other customers. Repeated excuse: “because the tires are large.” Cool—tell that to every other shop that does big tires in under 1 hours max. Got an oil change, fluids checked, AC recharged & was supposed to receive tire rotation, however, another vehicle had taken the lift needed to accommodate my 1 ton truck. No biggie though as technician made notation on invoice to take in to any Big Brand Tire & Service to get that taken care of.
These guys really go above and beyond to help. I went in with a bolt in my tire expecting to pay, only to find they do free flat repairs! Despite making no money off of the service, they were incredibly kind and professional, and definitely went the extra mile for me.
Eric is the most informative manager I have ever experienced. He took time to explain everything in great detail and never made me feel rushed. As a woman, this is a huge thing because mechanics & parts stores can be known to price gauge women. Eric made it very clear that he works with integrity first. He's earned a repeat customer FOR LIFE!
