Awesome customer service.
I made an appt and brought my car in to get a flat tire repaired. I had assumed that the big sign out front saying, “Free Flat Tire Repair”, was free for tires that had been purchased at Big Brand. I was pleasantly surprised when I picked up my car that my tire repair really was free even though it was not purchased at Big Brand, and I was given the same friendly and prompt service as a paying customer. Never have done business with Big Brand before. I was impressed with the level of personal respect and the time they took to make sure everything was right. They beat Discount tires price even after a bit of confusion( not really their fault) and a price increase due to a size difference. Clean and well managed location. Would recommend and do business with again. Thanks guys!!!
