Felt like I was in a doctor's office
I’ve used Big Brand Tire and Service for the past few years. They have performed my car’s regular service maintenance and replaced the starter. I find them reliable and reasonably priced. I’ll check out their tires next year when mine are due to be changed out. Just got home with a brand new set of Cooper Endeavor Plus tires. I got a good price and good service. I bought a car from carvana that came with a warranty. The warranty was able to be used at big brand and would essentially pay for any work that needed to be done. At first they seemed really nice and helped me with one issue. But when I asked them to check my brakes because they were squeaking they said it was some some dust that they cleaned off. But it was still squeaking every time I pressed the brakes. And then they just refused to acknowledge the squeaking. The guys were condescending and refused to help me.
The staff was very pleasant, knowledgeable the waiting area and restrooms were very clean. Highly Recommend BBT!
They were honest and really appreciated it.
