MPG in Casa Grande AZ has been very fair to us. When we had a problem with a warranty issue they took care of it even though it was not their responsibility.

The people of the MBG Automotive branch on 22nd and Pantano-ish are always kind, friendly and understanding. Besides taking excellent care of my vehicles they also take excellent care of me. Their willingness to offer rides while my vehicle is in the shop, calls with updates on work the car needs (or not) and deal with last minute changes. They are fine people and mehanics.

I neededmy front strut assemblies changed badly and in a hurry. I called **** at the Ina road MPG and she got me in and had my struts changed same day even though I took my truck in after noon. My truck rides better than ever and I highly recommend **** at Ina road MPG. Great job as always. Thank you.

Twice they had my truck for repair with a combined 6 weeks without the use of my "work" truck. I took it back for a third time thinking the issue was under their warranty and again it was down two weeks with it will be fixed twice before it was, only to find that NOW the A/C is not working. When I called to complain I was told they forgot to tell me the mechanic who had to try three times to fix it said the A/C had no freon in it, funny it was running full blast the day the truck died on me.
