MPC is definitely great about helping their customers with any issues they may have. Me and the technical support guy(sorry can’t think of your name) sent emails back and forth while on the phone and even after giving up he called me back helping me find my solution. I really do appreciate them.
Just finished installing the MPC kit with DroneMobile on my 2023 Civic 1.5T. The manual was incredibly detailed, making the process smooth and easy. It looks and feels professional. Pairing it with the Drone app was a breeze now I have remote start and tracking right on my phone. Highly recommend for any Civic owner!
Technical Support seems to mean different things to many companies today. I can't overemphasize how personal, professional and helpful my experience was with Michael. He not only helped me to troubleshoot and fix my (self-induced) wiring issue, but he went so far above and beyond to help me troubleshoot a secondary issue that I thought may have been influenced by my remote start system (it wasn't BTW).
