i purchased the remote starter kit for my 2013 push-start Accord. Those outside of the US, beware, there is a duty [~$45US] to be paid when shipping outside of the US. Product install instructions were simple to follow. Unfortunately, I ended up with a defective T-Harness that required cutting a couple of wires and reversing the connection. Support was very good and prompt. Thanks, Joel, for your assistance and insights. Support is 5 stars, defective harness 1S, unknown duties 2 stars.
This is a great place to get your remote start for your car. I bought one for our 2020 Dodge Journey. It was entirely all plug in. No spicing wires. Instructions was a little hard to follow on some things. But I got it on YouTube. Which helped a bunch. Works great. would highly recommend. As far as customer service I never had to use them. It wasn't complicated to install. I will continue shopping and doing business with this place.

I installed the remote start in my 2018 Ram 1500. The instructions were very easy to follow, but I didn't lol. Tech support was awesome... quick to diagnose my problem and replaced my module. (MY FALT TOTALLY). Once I got it back everything went smooth and is working great, even the range extender was easy to program. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants an easy plug and play system.
DO NOT ORDER! Impossible to reach, tried to return item within a week and got no responses!
