We were having new windows installed and the installation company ask for us to remove the motored shades for they didn't want to be responsible if anything happened. The company that originally installed them were no longer in business so I called Marcello hoping he could help and he came right out and took care of it for us. We had Marcelo Palacios Blinds give us a recommendation and quote on the best blinds for what we needed. We had him make a custom motorized blind over our sliders and installed beautiful roller shade blinds on all our windows in our townhome. This was 4 years ago.
