Tina was super responsive, easy to work with and a great advocate. I appreciate her extra effort in obtaining answers and making herself available in person, by phone, and text at a moment’s notice. Overall, excellent communication and service.
In the middle of the triple digit summer, our AC went out. I woke up with a hot house and a toddler that was throwing up due to the already extreme temps. I called a few local places that were booked out anywhere from 48 hours to a week and a half, despite it being an emergency (as we have a toddler and 2 dogs). While Ben was very nice at the showing, MPA Realty is not accommodating to any lease negotiations, refusing to remove language that allows the landlord to have an open checkbook to charge "discretionary" fees and makes the majority of repairs the tenant's responsibility. We understand you can't really alter the base lease, but there were several addendums and specific landlord rules that caused concern.
