My property manager Ben Pham is amazing! he goes above and beyond to get issues resolved usually the same day I submit a ticket request. Never in my life have I had such quick and accurate services! I am over the moon with how blessed I am to have found a house under this companies management!

Ben and Maria were always there to assist myself and my girlfriend with walking us through everything and answering all our questions. They provided us with so much guidance that without their help we wouldn't have found the home that we love. I highly recommend using them whenever you're ready to look for your perfect home because that's exactly what they'll do.

Tina was super responsive, easy to work with and a great advocate. I appreciate her extra effort in obtaining answers and making herself available in person, by phone, and text at a moment’s notice. Overall, excellent communication and service.
In the middle of the triple digit summer, our AC went out. I woke up with a hot house and a toddler that was throwing up due to the already extreme temps. I called a few local places that were booked out anywhere from 48 hours to a week and a half, despite it being an emergency (as we have a toddler and 2 dogs).
