Working with Luke and Rach over the past six months has been truly transformational. They are both such warm, authentic people with a genuine interest in the wellbeing of their clients. I've discovered a beautiful community of like minded souls that are all motivated to help and support each other. I've been progressively working my way through the suite of services and I especially love the breath work and ice bath sessions. I highly recommend them to anyone contemplating a wellness journey.

Have been seeing Luke for a couple of years now. His one on one sessions are great - always interesting, varied, never boring and tailored to exactly what you need. Injuries down. Strength and flexibility up. Highly recommend.

I’ve been to MP studio several times and have thoroughly enjoyed my experience. Arch and Rachel are both warm and welcoming people and established a great community for people all walks of life The breath work and ice bath workshops I’ve attended have been very beneficial to myself feeling grounded and developing a spiritual connection internally.

I was in Brisbane for a couple of weeks and had 4 sessions with Luke. Very knowledgeable, explaining everything as we went along. Thoroughly enjoyed the sessions and will be back next time im in Brisbane for an extended period of time. Thank you
