So we went in picked a new liner and we were told ut would take about 4 to 6 weeks to get the liner and now it's almost been 2 months since we picked the new liner and its ridiculous, Like the lack of communication with us during the 2 mo the we've waiting Is ridiculous, Paradise please communicate more with ur clients!!

Great experience with paradise pools!! From a new safety cover to liner tuck to random parts and supplies. Ive never had a bad experience in the store or with the techs that have come to my home. As soon as I walk in the store someone greets me and either helps right away or let's me know they will be right with me. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable.
