Update on this post: I did call pp and spoke with a manager, Jennifer, she said she'd look into it and get back to me..and never did, never called back. That's an indication of how important customer service is to this company. Really dissatisfied with this year's pool opening and closing. Our pool was opened by Paradise Pools (to our knowledge the lights worked fine) but something must have gone wrong with start up, our lights did not work until the guys came back to close up the system. They leave their super bright outdoor tv's on all night long at their building on Drummond. Ridiculous.
Pat has been professional and so helpful from the beginning. We purchased a swim spa and he was knowledgeable and gave us helpful hints throughout the entire process.
