I rarely write the reviews but my experience with this place was so bad that I wanted to warn other people. I was their client for about 10 years (probably only because I never had to file a claim and to learn what this place was really about) and never missed any single payment. At some point, due to constantly increasing cost, I decided to switch my insurance and asked Major Point Ins to cancel my plan (to be clear not even to cancel but just not to renew for another year). I do not recommend applying to this organization. For insurance my car, I was charged an additional $250 for paperwork. I do not recommend this office to anyone. Be careful.

What can I say, excellent service is what you expect from an insurance agency in business for almost 30 years. This is exactly what I received when I needed a car Insurance for my Toyota. I had an online company for years before, but now I have a real and knowledgeable agent and a better price. Fast service too!
