Absolutely love this nail salon! The staff are so friendly and always make the effort to remember me and make me feel welcome. They go above and beyond to make sure I’m comfortable, and the service is always top-notch. My nails look amazing every time, and I never feel rushed. It’s such a relaxing and positive experience, and you can really tell they care about their clients. Highly recommend!
Love getting my nails done here. Their hygiene standards are excellent and the staff is so friendly and welcoming. They do a great job every time and really take care to make sure you’re happy. Emma is my personal favourite, but everyone I’ve seen has been wonderful.
Love M&P Charm Nail Spa. My nails turn out perfect every time. This place is so warm and welcoming. The staff are friendly and kind. Amy is very gentle when doing my nails and she explains things really well.
Made an appoitment online, it was canceled 10 minutes before my appontment time. I was already at the salon when they told me they “overbooked.” Absolutely ridiculous, they had no care or consideration for my time they wasted. Also their tone gave me the understanding that they have a prejudice again people of colour. Black woman and people of colour, take your money where the service is equal for all customers, definitely not here.
