Great arcade selections and prices, but above all, absolutely fantastic customer service. Good customer service is hard to find these days, but M&P’s staff have a real desire to make the customer experience with them a positive one. Gene, Sherrie and Jay have been a pleasure to work with and have earned my loyalty. I won’t be purchasing machines from anyone else.
Gene helped us locate 6 refurbished DDR machines to donate to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Boston. Delivery (a complex schedule involving 6 different sites over 2 separate days) was stalled three different times due to snow, but the crew made it work and delivered all six, got the machines up and running, and they are being greatly enjoyed!
Amazing prices and customer service!! Gene and Jafet are the best!
My fiancé surprised me with a vintage Skeeball machine from M&P. Not only is it in impeccable shape, but M&P had wooden balls to go along with it. They have been excellent with customer service and follow-up. Highly recommend!!
