Dr. Moynihan is a five star Primary Care Physician. He listens and takes his time with you. He will call you after hours if he feels there is a need to clarify or act. Yes, at times you will need to wait your turn to see him, but it's because he is rendering the same level of care and concern to his patients that you will receive when it's your turn.

If there was an option to give this practice zero stars I would have chosen it. When you call you almost always get voicemail. If you leave a message you almost never get a call back. If you use the app messaging and if the staff responds to you their response reveals that either they have very poor English language comprehension skills or the office manager directs them in such a way that they do not help you resolve your health issue They don't answer your questions You give them the information they need so they should he... read more

Awful. Just for the record: Multiple sites/documentation state this doctor is accepting new patients. He is my primary healthcare provider. I call to schedule an appointment and the lady that answers the phone puts me on hold for 10 mins. I patiently wait and when she gets back on the phone I tell her I need to schedule an appointment. Out of nowhere, she tells me the doctor is not accepting new patients. I explain to her that he is my primary healthcare provider and has been for the past 7 - 8 months. This is a doctor the uses his heart as well as his medical knowledge to care for his patients. Its been more than 30 years and I am always so grateful to have him on my medical team.
