He took the time to explain everything going on in my knee
I had a problem with my knee. Dr Moyer followed the insurance procedures of x-ray, PT, injection MRI, and surgery. The problem turned out to be different than expected but was taken care of and would not have improved without the surgery. I was walking that evening without aid and the knee pain never came back. After this I went back to see Dr Moyer about hip pain. He pressed on the side of my hip and asked if it hurt. When I said it did not he said it wasn't my hip and left the room. On time, through, explained things well and was very professional!
I liked that he took the time to explain the injury and how my daughter's hand function (she has problems with her left 2 fingers). I liked that he explained it directly to her without ignoring me, the parent. I also appreciate that he didn't seem annoyed at all for all the questions that I asked.
