I popped into the shop during Arts Fest to try on a large lion bracelet that I'd been eyeing online for a while. Everyone was so nice and they called me back within 2 business days with a quote for the item (they only had it available in store in silver, but got me quotes in 14k & 18k). The bracelet was ready exactly when they said it would be and shipping was super fast. I'm so happy not only with the bracelet, but also with my whole experience!
