My husband took his Ford F 150 Tremor in for an oil change. He was met by Joanna and another lady behind the counter. All the staff were very friendly. Great professional staff.
Have my oil changed here really friendly and helpful staff
Another worthless Ford service dept. 🤦♂️ I’m still in my bumper to bumper warranty, and you admit there is a warrantable issue, but refuse to work with me and zero empathy for the fact that I will be without transportation. Didn’t even try to make it work. I wasn’t being unreasonable and made plenty of suggestions that required more from me than them, but they were completely disinterested in trying to problem solve. $70k truck and snarky service. Thanks.

Came in today to look at trucks today and was instantly greeted by Jackie in sales. Showed and recommended me at Ford Lighting. Very professional and friendly. Show room is super nice as well as service. Would highly recommend you come here if you’re out of town looking for a no hassle, seamless experience!
