While I have had a good experience with the sales department, I have to tell you this is the second time I've had a bad experience with the service department. The original problem stemmed from a recall in 2022. After notice, I asked to have it serviced and was told the parts are on backorder. I asked to be called when the parts came in and was told no I just had to call back. When I asked why they couldn't notify me I was told, "what do you want me to do about it?" Service here is awful. Simple drop-offs take forever and they make no apologies for it. Just go somewhere else.
