I live in Hills of Bogie Lake Neighborhood in Commerce, this team does a lot of work in my sub. They are charging 2-3x the amount of all other contractors. They are just ripping people off and they aren't even legal.
An absolutely fantastic job by the Moya team! They recently completed an interior painting project at our house, and we couldn't be more pleased. Another phenomenal job by the Moya Team! They replaced siding and painted our house last summer and this winter they came inside and did some work in the basement. I had framed it out and hung the drywall but the mud and tape job was just too daunting for me. Moya did such a great job despite the poor job I did hanging the drywall. Needed front porch covering and damaged upper level soffit repairs on an estate house lacking general maintenance and repair. Moya team was very easy to work with, always staying in contact and provided great repairs for us on the exterior. We will definitely utilize their services again. They offer a large range of repair services, and we feel that the estimates have been reasonable. Pedro and Jonathan are great to work with and we have been extremely happy.
