YOUR ONLY AS GOOD AS YOUR SERVICE – THE NURSING STAFF IS SO RUDE. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO MEAN. I WAS A PATIENT AND WAS TREATED POORLY BY HIS STAFF. I WOULDNT VISIT HIS OFFICES EVER AGAIN. NURSING STAFF SHOULD BE NICE AND KIND TO EVERYONE WHO COMES THROUGH HIS DOORS.
Very happy with Dr. Moy! – I am new to LA and read about Dr. Moy in a beauty magazine. I made an appt. and visited his office for the first time. I loved that he took his time with me and didn't make me feel rushed, like most Doctors do. He was able to diagnose my problem fairly quickly and I left feeling very confident. On the Contrary... – I've been going to Dr. Moy for years. Most of his patients are long time patients in manhattan beach. He's one of the friendliest doctors I've been too and he gives you his undivided attention when your expressing your concerns. I'm always confident when I approach him with a possible skin cancers because he always catches it before it turns into something horrible, even deadly. No respect for patients' time – My appointment was for a laser treatment with a technician in Dr. Moy's office. I arrived on time. After waiting for 10 minutes, I checked with the receptionist who seemed unconcerned and told me that I would be seen in "a couple of minutes. I sat for another 10 minutes before leaving the office. When I informed the receptionist that I was leaving she said it would "only be a couple of minutes" before I was seen.
