This from a friend of mine Just a public service announcement! The metropolitan salon in Holmen has the worst customer service and front desk help. I scheduled a cut and high light 8 weeks ago and this week cancelled the high lights and they told me my appointment for the haircut was still at 1pm. Get there today and they tell me my appointment is at 2:15 and someone named Amber was at 1 pm.
