Asked for permanent dye and was told it would be a slightly different color than the reference pic but I ended up getting "fashion dye" that washed out within a couple weeks. I didn't pay $200 for something I could've done at home. The stylist refused to work with me when I contacted the salon about the issue
I went to gradually go lighter to platinum and she went too light and damaged my ends to the point where I needed to get two inches chopped off not very happy
