I just moved into my new home. I absolutely love it! It was such an easy process from start to finish. Allie is one of the best agents I have ever worked with. She answered all of my questions and if she didn't know the answer, she made calls to find out. The finishes on the homes are beautiful! She really made the process stress free even when it came time for the final walk-thru. She made my home buying process really easy. I am going to enjoy living in my home for years to come.
We bought a Moxley home and we're very very dissapointed. The did not finish on time. The workmanship was horrible we had a punch list a page and a half long. Most of that list I had to fix myself. They use the cheapest paint on the house and put it on very thin. Our home is two years old this May. I have talked to several other Moxley home owners with the same issues.
I've worked with Moxley Homes for years as their preferred lender. Allie, Zac, and Kadie are all easy to work with, honest, and professional. All of my clients have been very happy with their homes and with the post-closing follow-up. I'd recommend them to anyone!
