Hello; I have a management level degree in hospitality and food safety. My review from this visit in Edmonton was sub par. For lack of options available on the menu and incorrectly made drinks I would recommend you visit another option in the mall as the slow service and options were not lovely.

Although the server that we had was friendly enough, the service was poor. We waited about 10 minutes after being seated until anyone came to our table. Then, when our appetizer was served, we had no side plates. The girl who brought our food, said that she was going to get us side plates, but never came back. Eventually, my husband got up and went and got sideplates himself. Also, it was half-price bottle of wine night, and we were charged for the full bottle. Superb drinks, Great food and awesome service. However, the place could be more clean. There were small flies in the indoor tables. The booth walls were dusty and appeared if those weren't clean in a while.
