I have been a customer for over 5 years for monthly pest control and have been extremely happy with my Moxie service. The technicians are always very professional, friendly and helpful. I just got the mosquito service for the first time and to my surprise it worked much better than I had anticipated. I no longer see any pests indoors, including the dreaded Palo Verde beetles. The products do not stink, but work well. I would definitely recommend this business!
Buyer beware, if you should have the mis fortune of calling this company for pest control beware they own you. Once in a contract with this company they will be there at your funeral to collect.Even marriage contract can be suspended MOT MOXIE pest control you are joined at the hip till death do you part. It does appear your account was closed in February of this year, and there was an open balance for cancelling the service agreement prior to completion. That invoice did stay internal, as we do not use collection agencies, until it expired in our system due to non-payment after a few months. As of now, the account is closed with no balance. They will trespass on property and ignore all "No Solicitation" and "No Trespassing" signs.
I have used Moxie Pest Control in Tucson for about 6 yrs now. I've moved several times and brought their services with me. I have never had a bad transaction with them. The service has always been polite and hard working. They come back if I spot any ants in the sprayed areas for free. I see several bad reviews and honestly it shocked me. In the 6 yrs of use, 4 times a year, I have never had a complaint with them. I have also never had ants in the house again, or black widows outside in the catio. I was disappointed and not happy with the services. I terminated the services and they charged me cancellation fee for termination of services. Why would you continue the services if you are not happy. That doesnt make sense at all.
They employ people that go door to door to solicit for their company. I have a "No soliciting" sign which is clearly visible. When Moxie rep saw that, they ignored it. First, I told them I wasn't interested. He asked who I had do the service, and I told him a neighbor and again, I'm not interested and it was time for him to leave. He went on about several people in the area that use their service, and I again told him to leave and that I wasn't interested. He ignored me and didn't move and began talking about an ant problem.... read more
Again... repeat of about three years ago... sales banging on door rude and dismissive when told to leave... finally left when I closed and locked the door... I called the company ended up with a call center... manager never returned call... makes me suspect of any service I might receive...
Today I got a pushy sales rep at my door got me so upset I did a little research found out they are UNLICENSED in Pest Control in ** and most are here from out of state (CA). This guy told me everything to get the sale I looked up the laws and wow. They also were trying to take advantage of my 82 year old neighbor price was twice as much as what the guy told me. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS!
