I let them know that I did not want to continue my services after my contract was up. I did not cancel my services, but I had inquired how I could because I will absolutely not be allowing this company to come out to my home again after my annual contract is up. I received a message today saying that they cancelled my account and I have a charge of $190.00 for the cancellation fee. Save your money, not worth the cost. Repeatedly failed to complete the services paid for. Customer service was below average.
Susie, our technician was knowledgeable and kept us informed of what she was doing for us. She took the time to review her work with us when she was done. Her pleasant courteous demeanor was a joy. She is a great representative for Moxi.
Not happy with the product at all. Found it to be not effective. When we notified the company to stop, there is a $200 fee to stop. Don't sign with these folks, total rip-off. Locked into a one year contract for this service is crazy!
Very unhappy with the company. They locked us into 4 applications. The third application was done when there was snow on the ground, they say they spray 20 feet from the house there was no foot prints in the snow then proceeded to tell me if there is snow then they spray around the foundation, there was snow up to the foundation. Very unhappy with these folks. Found the service not effective. They will attempt to lock you in for a long term contract. Apparently they realize that after one or two services you will not be happy. Thus, you are locked into a contract, whereas you pay to cancel. Customer service is not effective.
I have been a satisfied customer of Moxie Pest Control for some time now. They are a wonderful company with outstanding customer service! The technicians are well trained and are very cordial, wear clean uniforms, and polite. I recently had a service call. Carson A was the technician that arrived for service call. He is an amazing technician! Very knowledgeable and professional. He was on time, very respectful, patient and ansewered my questions. He made reccomendations to keep insects away. We signed up with Moxie to deal with spiders and insects around our house. We only had two visits, but the products seemed to work. When we had to move unexpectedly after living in the same house for 15 years, they worked with me to get out of the contract.
When we moved into our home in April 2016 they came to the front door to offer their product that would get rid of spiders in the home. Well here we are 6 months later and we still have spiders and their product is not working. At that time they made us sign an agreement and they would charge us quarterly. We gave them our credit card for payments but they give no warning of when a payment is coming out and the 1st time they did this we didn't have money in our account and when we called all they could is say is "Sorry".
