We had our first service with Moxie today. Jeremy arrived on time and addressed all of our needs. He was so courteous and made sure to hit all the critical areas as we requested.
I was skeptical that anything could be done to eliminate our pantry moths until Adrian and Richie showed up. They are professional, polite and knowledgeable. And they'll keep following up until we're assured the moths are completely eliminated. Every company can benefit from modeling their customer service after Moxie.
GOT RIPPED OFF, the service is decent but the salesman charged me $65 for a start service and my neighbor down the street got it for free, if you sign up with them ONLY do it if you get the start price for FREE otherwise go with Triangle pest control, they do starts for free and don't let them charge you more than $99 for any quarterly otherwise your being taken advantage of.
Mike from Moxie came out and treated my yard today. He did a great job and took care of all of my concerns.
JAKE AND RICK CAME OUT TO MY HOUSE TODAY FOR A SERVICE CALL. THEY WERE ON TIME AND TREATED MY HOME FOR THE PEST CONTROL ISSUES AT HAND. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AND THESE PEST TECHS TO Y'ALL!!
I called to schedule an appointment and is so easy and fast. They came on time the day of the appointment. The technician (Adrian) was really good and helpful also Ritchie. I will recommend the service to anybody looking for a good pest control company and the most import thing is that I don't have any problems with pest anymore.
Adrian & Ritchie arrived to spray my garage, they were both professional & friendly (and they arrived on time). I would HIGHLY recommend Moxie for your pest control needs!!
We have used Moxie for a few years now and love them! Their customer service has always been fantastic and the price is right. Recently we've had quite a bit of ant activity in our backyard and found several ticks. Mike came out to do our regular quarterly service and spent a lot of time treating our yard for all of our problem areas. He took great care and did a fantastic job. We are extremely pleased! Thank you for such wonderful service! :)
Whenever I call, the receptionist is so polite and they are always willing to come to look at whatever concern I have. Also Mike is great! So knowledgable and helpful. I will ask for mike from now on. Highly recommend mike from moxie.
