They could not lie to people I have a family and if I had my kids in the car it would have broke down on the road which was lucky it made it home and died, they lie about there cars, we have had a lot of work done on a car that we have not had since 2010 and two days before Christmas we get one and all it has done is be in the shop! Not very happy they were suppose to fix leak have not heard from them before our warranty was up they never get back to you they lag.
I do NOT recommend this dealership to anyone! they are not professional and have only LEMONS!
We bought a previous car in there and was almost (emphasis in almost) fine so we went to buy a SUV because is difficult to manage my special need son in a small car and I saw a Rav4 on the list over the internet. I told them that I need a SUV for this and they showed me the Rav4. They told that it was old but in perfect condition and if we needed futures repairs that they can make them at low prices. Vehicle engine light came on not even 30 minutes off the lot. It was the O2 sensor and our mechanic replaced it. The light came back on the next day, we took it back to our mechanic and it was the knock sensor. The vehicle cannot pass Emissions with the engine light on! It is the law that dealerships cannot sell you a vehicle that will not pass emissions. Therefore, I called Mike at Moxie and he told us to bring the car in. above & beyond customer service - at any price point. they actually mean it when they say they’ll do whatever they can to make you happy.
Scam artist. Sells unsafe cars that don't pass emissions. Use' s shady means to pass emissions and pass repair cost to the customer.
Let me start of by saying I am a business man, and I am not "difficult", but also not easily impressed. I have gone through a brutal stretch in my life, and my credit literally got destroyed in a matter of months.
