Amber is the sweetest BEST barista I have ever come across at any Moxie!! When I wasn't sure what I liked besides a boring mocha and just gave her a few key words she made a suggestion that I now drink almost daily. She knows our order before we even say it and makes our drinks better than anyone. We have had to go back a few times when others have made our drinks and they were less than good but have never had to go back when Amber has made our drinks. Thank you for your amazing customer service Amber!!
The coffee is fairly good on a good day and the service on a weekday is friendly. But their weekend help is terrible. I ordered 3 different mochas and one was wrong. I apologized and said I needed a plain mocha because no one would drink the kind that was made. The girl goes to remake it, you could tell she was irritated...she comes back and gives me the right one and I again apologize and all I get is a yep and a frown like it was my fault she messed up.
