If I could get past the customer service I might be able to review the actual abilities and customer treatment of the stylists....however: I tried to call to make an appt....twice the phone was never picked up. Finally I got through...cause i reallly wanted to give them a chance, had heard good things....I made an appt. for 4:15, I recieved a call at 12:30 to tell me I was too late for my appt. and could not get in now for that day. CHOPPY, TOO SHORT LAYERS – I RECENTLY WENT IN TO MOXIE FOR THE FIRST TIME. IT'S A COOL SPACE AND NICE STAFF. I HAVE LONG HAIR WELL PAST MY SHOULDERS AND BRENT CUT MY LAYERS WAY TOO SHORT! THEY ARE REALLY CHOPPY AND MY SHORTEST LAYER IS EAR LENGTH! HE SAID WE WOULD GIVE ME BLENDED LONG LAYERS BUT I LEFT LOOKING LIKE I HAD A HALF MULLET, EXCEPT HE DID SPARE ME SOME LENGTH IN THE FRONT. NOW I'M JUST WEARING MY HAIR IN A PONY TAIL. THE LAYERS ARE TOO SHORT TO WEAR DOWN WITHOUT LOOKING FUNNY.

Great, beautiful hair by Matty – I first started seeing Matty for my cuts and colors back when Moxie in St. Paul opened about 3 years ago. I've been a loyal fan of Moxie and client of Matty's ever since. He continuously and consistently gives me awesome cuts and colors and I refer everyone I know to him. The only place I'll let someone touch my hair – I have very long blonde hair and I like to keep it in good condition. When I first moved to the area, Moxie looked too modern for me, with all of it's hip employees and it's cool interior. I felt intimidated and scared I'd be too "vanilla". Amazing Results! – I went to Moxie for the first time today and got a cut and color with Faith. She took my grown out long heavy hair and made it look, as my husband said, "like the hair on tv". This cut is technically better than any cut I have had in my life, and the color is amazing. I will definitely be going back!
I feel refreshed and beautiful! Thanks to Matty! – I came in and saw Matty recently and left feeling great! He gave me a cut and color and beautiful make up application! I had read so many positive reviews and I'm really happy I went. It was nice because I had mentioned I was going out that night for a girls night and he took the extra time and did my makeup! It looked and felt great and was stunning in my pictures from the night. People were commenting on my whole look all night! I'll definitely be going back to him!
Matty is so talented! – I have been going to Matty for almost 2 years now. He has always given me styles, cuts and colors other people love, along with myself.
