The best surgeon I have had. Had several biopsies in my thyroid actually by a highly recommended surgeon here in Fall River, Ma in 2018. Biopsies all came back benign. Due to nature and size of lump in neck, I decided to seek out second opinion with Dr Mowschenson at Beth Isreal Deaconess Hosptal. Dr. M removed my husband’s colon in 2005 which is a horrific thing, before and after. Depression is not unusual although Dr. M told my husband he “should not be depressed”. How dare he! My wonderful husband died believing he should not be depressed. Compassion-0 Empathy-0..
1 is the lowest I can give so that is what he gets. Everyone is entitled to an off day but I had him as my surgeon in 2008 and he seemed great and highly recommended until I corrected him before the surgery (the morning of) once I corrected him on my procedure he called off the surgery in the operating holding area.
