If you want your yard to take a steep decline and to have customer service ignore you- call Mow'n By Bowen today! We have had this service for four years- we constantly had to call and complain to get them to do the job right. They NEVER answer the phone. Our most recent issue has been the our flower beds. The crew got careless and stopped pulling weeds/edging and the beds have gone to crap. I have been trying to get this resolved since January. They sent a "manager" out to take care of it. I have been a customer for years! Sadly, the business has done a nose dive related to their quality for quite some time. Can't blame it on the guys but management... Try calling them on the phone!!!! You have two choices to provide a phone number for call back. One for existing customers and one for new. Either will be redirected!! 'Too baD THEY CAN'T GET IT TOGETHER!
For over 12 months I've been asking, pleading, demanding that Bowen fix the damages they have done to my yard and fence. I have heard more excuses than any self respecting business should give as to why they haven't done it yet. They have always admitted to doing it, but never fixing it. Buyer beware - these guys are the worst people I've ever had work for me, and I would never recommend them to anyone. What a disgrace this company is. They started with all the promises and the first few months they did a good job. The last 3 months we kept calling because we were getting fungus and they wouldn't call nor come. They kept billing us. Finally, I found out Chris had sold the company without saying a word. I had Mow'n by Bowen do the landscaping for my five acre property. He provided excellent service and suggestions on how to improve the site. His price was reasonable and the plants were exceptionally healthy.
This lawn service is consistently on time and maintains the yard, paying close attention to the detail and landscaping. We have also used their services for landscape lighting and irrigation, which they, again, did a great job with. I would highly recommend them!
