Would give zero stars if I could. Reached out to them about getting our lawn serviced one single time because the grass was too long for our push mower to handle. They said that wasn't a problem and they'd be by Wednesday afternoon to take care of our lawn. Wednesday evening rolls around and we're told a lawn before us took too much time and they'll need to push our service to the following morning. MOWMEN did a very large leaf removal and mulching job for me. The end product was fantastic, but even more impressive was their work ethic. They did exactly as promised, on time, with exceptional communication. He even worked into the evening to make sure the job was complete before the winter storm came in. If you get a chance to book them, do it.
Phelps is knowledgable in his craft, is a patient communicator, and stands by his work. If you're looking for great customer service, you're in great hands with Mowmen.
