Very poor service.. wouldnt even know where to start..one star is too much. Caboolture mowers used to be great..purchased machines from David and the crew for years. Yardworx is clearly a corporate take over of our local machinery dealers.
I bought a husqvarna z242f 12 months ago, at yard works Caboolture, 33 hours later, and the deck belt has broken, l went back to the store of purchase asked the question why so very little hours, the response was, must have had too much tension, this was the store l bought it from who has set it up, not a very good explanation from a person that should show a little more interest, l asked is there a selection of quality belts, he said no, l stated that on the internet shows that there is, he then said that there are 2 1 rubb... read more
No one answers the phone. Three month wait for parts with no updates even when I was assured (after having to visit in-store) that they would call me back. Quoted $300 for an $80 battery. These guys are taking the piss.
Terrific attention to my problem on the phone (brilliant) Bailey sat before 2pm and brushcutter problem solved normally wouldn't be bothered with an OPINION but terrific old style SERVICE well done and ill be back kind regards charlie Hattie
