They strive on customer satisfaction bahahaha what a joke. They will never get my business again for the way they treated my wife today when she called in to get a chainsaw worked on bc they are a husqvarna dealership and we’ve purchased saws from them in the past well she calls in today and tells them we have a saw that’s under warranty that we needed to get worked on and the guy on the phone says well did you purchase it from us and she reply’s with no so he then says well you should’ve purchased it and supported our local... read more
Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Made me feel like family unlike other stores that your just another sale. Service department guy Paul helped me with test driving two different brands and helped me with a lot more information also. You won’t get that out of another place for their service department guy to help out. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy anything from here again in a heart beat. Bought a mower 10yrs ago from here and i definitely went back because all of the above reasons.
