They are not an honest business. When attempting to purchase a mower they gave a price then after our credit was ran they proceed to tell me its ****** more for financing. If we had known UPFRONT all options and prices it would be a different story. Once I brought this to the owners attention they proceed to tell me their sales rep would never have done such a thing and there is nothing they can do. I purchased a $4000.00 mower from Mower Zone, Danville, In last August, 2017. I have nothing but trouble with the mower and have sent it in 3 different times (less that 17 hrs. on the mower) for them to fix it. I suggested it sounds and acts like it might be a filter or such on the gas line. I was charged a $100 pick up/return fee for 10 a ten mile trip on these occasions. I bought a Husqvarna R120S from Mower Zone in March 2015 (>$2,000). I paid for winter service/maintenance for the past two years (~ $250 each time). After getting the mower back this year in mid Feb, it would not start in mid March (wouldn't even crank after a couple attempts), and the mower deck had not even been cleaned, so I called and company said they would pick it up and take care of it. Without a doubt the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The owner leaves everything in the hands of the Manager, Chad, and he's oblivious to anything resembling good customer service. He wants to argue about a customers perception without having seen the piece of equipment. Having been a customer for 10 years I will never go back. I would caution other customers to avoid this business at all costs!
