When most businesses cannot spell customer service I am telling you it is alive and well!!! This experience was awesome! The owner PICKED UP my mower and went over it with me. Then called back with the verdict and options based on the condition overall. He repaired and tuned it up, then gave me a 1 YEAR gaurantee on the work. His competition didn't do that two years ago after I lugged it to their shop and they acted like they were doing me a favor to pay let them to fix it.
